There is nothing that I have ever found that makes me feel more alive, more energised and healthier both mentally and physically than exercise.
It has been a huge part of my life for literally ever and I couldn’t live without it BUT despite this I want you to be under no illusion that it still isn’t easy to prioritise it in my day and I still have to focus as hard as anyone on finding time to make it happen.
So, no matter what stage you are in on your exercise journey you should give yourself a massive pat on the back for making it any part of your day, never feel bad if you miss a session, keep working on making it a habit because if you manage regular exercise over a lifetime it will keep you alive longer #period
