BUILD STEP TWO - CLEANSE

Proverb Cleanse & Shave Nutrient Mud

Step two: Wash your face with Proverb Cleanse & Shave Nutrient Mud. This is a dual action, calming, deep cleansing, wash and shaving cream. Mineral and vitamin fuelled to protect and boost skin function.

Take one pump onto your hands, spread evenly over your face. Take a little water onto your fingers and then do 4 reps of the FACE PUSH PRESS.

Your elbows are parallel, start your fingers on your jaw line and push strongly upwards. Your fingers will move towards your temples, follow their movement with a strong push upwards from the heels of your hands too. 

This will lift the cheeks and fight the effects of gravity.

Wash the cleanser off, and pat dry your face.
