For too long spa + gym have only existed together in name not in concept. After speaking to hundreds of owners of properties across the globe we realised the one thing we heard again and again was that their gym + spa don't seem to work well together. The proverb way
So, combining our experience in professional sport, treatment training and product design, we have create the PROVERB assisted stretch concept. Engineered to improve longevity, movement, injury prevention, recovery and ultimately performance, our SPA GYM Box Concept, can be delivered either in the gym space or spa treatment rooms, by either PT's or therapist. The continuity of treatment and care from one space to the next help not only helps clients journey between gym + spa but also helps generate income in across both time and space

Our plan to do better
We are working with our spa partners to make sustainability part of their DNA not by developing packaging that reduces single use plastic but by working with our partners Greenspark & Plastic Bank to help remove ocean bound plastic for every Proverb treatment our spas deliver #measuredimpact
Proverb is carbon neutral, working with Earthly to invest in the most effective nature based solutions that remove carbon, restore nature and support local communities. Our current project is Kasigau Corridor in Kenya, home to 2000 elephants.
Through our partnership with Hygiene Bank, for every 50ml sanitiser we sell, we give one to children and family in hygiene poverty, who can't afford basics such as toothpaste, shampoo etc helping keep them safe.
